The Committee on Standards in Public Life has submitted a response to the Centre for Public Scrutiny’s consultation on Local Public Accounts Committees.

The consultation invites comments on its proposal for Public Accounts Committees, responsible for local public expenditure, and promoting accountability and openness in local government.
