Details

The Transforming Rehabilitation Draft Services Agreement (and associated schedules) will form the basis of the agreement with CRCs.

Elements of them may be changed as a result of negotiation with bidders during the competition process.

Minimum facilities provided

You’ll be provided with a minimum level of facilities to complete mandated activities around the Basic Custody Screening Tool and the pre-release planning.

HM Prison Service will provide as a minimum:

  • a National Offender Management Service (NOMS) Quantum terminal PC with MS Office and email via the government’s secure internet service (GSI)
  • direct dial telephone
  • a work station.

You must follow NOMS ITC policies while using this equipment.

Brand guidelines

NOMS has produced branding guidelines for CRCs to provide brand continuation of probation services.
