Volume 1 of a 2 volume report on the Companies Act 2006 by ORC International for the department. Assesses the impact of the Companies Act 2006 on UK businesses to determine whether it is meeting its key policy objectives of enhancing stakeholder engagement and a long term investment culture, ensuring better regulation and a ‘think small first’ approach, and making it easier to set up and run a company.
