A list of all companies incorporated in the year 2021.
3. Information Released
The information you have requested is contained within the public register, but it is not routinely collated by Companies House (CH), i.e., the information is not held by CH in the format you are requesting. However, CH has a variety of products for the public to use to retrieve or extract information from the register.
CH has a Free Company Data Product that you can interrogate yourself, which contains basic company data of live companies on the register that you can interrogate yourself.
It includes the company name, number, address, status, incorporation date, account, and annual return filing dates, Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code, URI, and basic information about mortgage charges. http://download.companieshouse.gov.uk/en_output.html
All 6 files need to be downloaded to have a complete snapshot of the register.
An updated snapshot is taken at the end of each month and made available on our website during the first week of the following month (i.e., The snapshot at the 31 March 2022 will be made available between 1 and 7 June 2022)

Using the Free Company Data Product, you can search for all live companies that have an incorporation date in 2021.
For information on companies that have been dissolved, the advanced search which can be accessed via the link below. You can also use this as a method of searching for companies incorporated in 2021 and with the availability to view the individual company records.
