This guide explains what information you must include when sending your paper documents to Companies House.

To stop your documents from being returned, you must include the full company name and number.

   Change to signatures and authentication for paper filings. In most cases, we'll accept the signature or the printed name of the person authenticating the form on behalf of the company.
