Goldman Sachs International objected to the name used by Goldman SLK Limited under the Companies Act 2006.

This decision was undefended. ‘Undefended’ refers to decisions where there has been no defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

On the 15 April 2014, the adjudicator gives notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of Goldman SLK Limited is changed to 07762506 Limited.
