Intel Corporation objected to the name used by Intellp LLP under the Companies Act 2006.

This decision was undefended. ‘Undefended’ refers to decisions where there has been no defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

On 2 July 2014 the adjudicator gave notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of Intellip LLP is changed to OC390088 LLP.
