OLFA Corporation objected to the name used by OLFA UK Limited & OLFA Limited under the Companies Act 2006.

This decision was defended. ‘Defended’ refers to decisions where there has been a defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

On the 17 November 2014, the adjudicator gave notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company names of Olfa U.K. Ltd and Olfa Limited are changed to 07735454 Ltd and 07735522 Limited.
