This survey investigated the extent to which employers across Great Britain with 150 or more staff collect, report and publish data on pay by gender, and assessed the awareness and impact of “Think, Act, Report”, a voluntary scheme to encourage gender pay reporting in the private and voluntary sectors, particularly medium and large employers.
