Details

Under the Data Protection Act 1998, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) must ensure that it keeps all the personal data it has about you secure and confidential.

This policy sets out what we will do if we lose your personal data or if there is an accidental, unauthorised or unlawful disclosure of it. This information has been made available in line with the government’s aim to improve transparency and in line with legal requirements.
