Details

In September 2018, Citizens Advice submitted a super-complaint to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) about the loyalty penalty in the broadband, mobile, insurance, mortgages and cash savings markets.

The CMA responded in December 2018 with recommendations to regulators and government.

This letter is the government’s response to the CMA’s report.
