The Welsh Language Act 1993 requires all public bodies to prepare and adopt a Welsh language scheme.
The Competition and Markets Authority’s (CMA) Welsh language scheme has been approved by the Welsh Language Commissioner and was formally adopted on 18 March 2015.
This scheme sets out what the CMA does to make sure the English and Welsh languages are treated equally when we provide public services in Wales.
