To lead the project in the UK your organisation must:

• be a UK based business of any size
• collaborate with at least one Malaysian business
• comply with Official Development Assistance requirements throughout the lifetime of the project

To lead the project in Malaysia your organisation must:

• be a Malaysian business of any size
• collaborate with at least one UK business
• be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia
