Details

This guidance explains the redress options available to victims of competition law breaches.

The guidance reflects the changes in the law made by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA) as well as those due to be introduced by the European Damages Directive. These changes are intended to make it easier for individuals and businesses to seek redress for breaches of competition law.

This guidance replaces the Office of Fair Trading publication ‘Quick guide to private litigation in competition cases (OFT1520)’.
