- How many complaints have been made against the SIA during the past 3 years?
- How many complaints have been upheld over the past 3 years?

I have set out below the number of complaints made to the SIA and the number of complaints upheld for the financial years 2018/19 to 2020/2021.

Complaints relate solely to the SIA – anything that the SIA has done wrong or has failed to do. Complaints do not cover security staff or businesses.
