It’s our job to tell you how we will collect and use your information, why we need it and what your rights are. We do this to comply with data protection legislation and to protect your privacy.
It is necessary for us to collect and hold personal information about you in order to investigate and administer your complaint, or to investigate your malpractice or whistleblowing concerns. If you make a report to Ofqual, we will hold the information you provide to us securely and use it to help us to handle and process your complaint.
