Details

If the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) confirm that your sheep or goats have classical or atypical scrapie you will need to enter the Compulsory Scrapie Flocks Scheme (CSFS).

APHA will register your premises and an APHA vet will contact you to:

• assess your flock or herd
• discuss the scheme
• decide how to apply control measures

Find out how to control and prevent scrapie.
