This document explains how officials of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and the Department for Communities in Northern Ireland intend to have a smooth and efficient working relationship.

It includes arrangements for:

• consultation
• exchange of information
• access to services
• resolution of disputes

This replaces the 2013 Concordat between the Department for Work and Pensions and the Department for Social Development.
