Since the introduction of the new powers 28 conditional cautions were given to foreign national offenders.

Foreign national offenders would be required to leave the United Kingdom within 16 weeks and in exceptional circumstances the period is extended to 24 weeks.

The nationalities of the offenders were Albania, Bangladesh, Brazil, Cameroon, Georgia, India, Iran, Libya, Mauritius, Nepal, Pakistan, Trinidad and Tobago.
