If you manage a refuge providing shelter for victims of domestic violence, you can adapt this letter to confirm that someone:
- has used your service (for a minimum of 24 hours)
- tried to stay at your refuge but was turned away as it was full
You need to give this evidence when victims of domestic violence apply for legal aid.
