Details

Suggested proposals include:

  • pay-as-you-go installed devices, with the ability to access accelerometer data and driver behaviour data
  • fleet devices which can be adapted to use vehicle data
  • cameras in vehicles
  • technologies accessing vehicle data or using the vehicle as a sensor
  • mobile phones as sensors rather than driver interfaces

The competition has a total funding value of £500,000.
