Capita is provided with data detailing applications with a negative outcome on the Home Office immigration database. This data includes contact details that were provided by applicants at the time of, or subsequent to, making an application. The information is limited to what is relevant to the contact management process. This is some biographical and geographical data, legal representative data and data regarding the status of the individual’s case.

up to Quarter 2, 30 June 2013, 143 complaints have been received by the Home Office and Capita. After further investigation Capita have accepted that 14 of these cases were contacted in error.
