We have received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following: 

The City of London Police are provided with additional funding in their capacity as ‘National Lead Force’ for fraud. Please provide a full list of the contractual terms under which this funding is provided.  I am particularly interested in the terms which dictate how this money should be spent by the City of London Police.
