Details

These statements record the findings and recommendations of the UK National Contact Point (UK NCP) about a complaint.

The complaint is from a number of non-governmental organisations (NGOs) stating that Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) Pipeline, a UK managed company, did not comply with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) guidelines.

The BTC Pipeline is managed by BP Exploration (Caspian Sea) Limited, a subsidiary of BP PLC, on behalf of the shareholders in the BTC Pipeline Company.
