Details

This guidance provides information for caseworkers about the Covid Visa Concession Scheme (CVCS). This applies when considering requests from a person who:

  • is overseas and unable to return due to COVID-19 travel restrictions
  • had extant leave when they left the UK which has expired or is about to expire before they can return to the UK
