Details

Rt Hon Angela Rayner MP, Deputy Leader of the Labour Party and Shadow Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, wrote to Lord Evans regarding the upcoming Opposition Day Motion, where they will be urging Members of the House to “vote in favour of endorsing and urgently enacting the recommendations” in the Committee’s recent report, Upholding Standards in Public Life.

This was on the back of the government’s policy statement on the Ministerial Code and the Independent Adviser on Ministers’ Interests, and our recent correspondence with Lord True on the Ministerial Code.
