The Chair of ACOBA exchanged correspondence with the Cabinet Office about transparency in the process of managing conflicts of interest in roles outside of government. The Cabinet Office noted the framework for management of any relevant outside interests for civil servants was set out in a letter from the Cabinet Secretary to the Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs; and these matters will also be considered as part of the Review into the Development and Use of Supply Chain Finance (and associated schemes) related to Greensill Capital in Government, led by Nigel Boardman
