Countryside Stewardship: How to transfer all or part of a Countryside Stewardship agreement
Use the Transfer In and Transfer Out forms to let us know about land that is transferring into or out of a Countryside Stewardship agreement.

Read the information on the Transferring a Countryside Stewardship agreement page before you complete the relevant form.
Transfer Out form
The Transfer Out form must be completed by the transferor (the person transferring land out of the agreement). They must complete the Transfer Out form if all or any part of your agreement is not being taken on by the transferee(s).
Transfer In form
The Transfer In form must be completed by the transferee (new owner/occupier) if they are taking over all or part of the transferor’s agreement.

Countryside Stewardship Transfer Out form updated with a new question: 'Is someone else taking over all or part of your agreement? If ‘Yes’, there is no need to complete this form. For any land where management of the options will continue, contact the new owners and inform them that they must complete a Transfer IN Form and submit it to the RPA. If ‘No’, please continue to Question 1.
