The Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) commissioned Cornwall Energy to produce a report mapping the credit and collateral arrangements across the GB electricity and gas industry. This report assesses their impact on different market participants and presents options for reducing the burden of credit and collateral arising from existing rules.
