We have today published the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) document relating to the Criminal Defence Direct Services tender.

The deadline for submitting a tender for a 2021 CDD Contract is 9am on 14 December 2020.

10 November 2020 - Tender opportunity opens for the delivery of Criminal Defence Direct Services from 1 June 2021
A new tender opportunity for the delivery of Criminal Defence Direct Services (CDD Services) has opened today.
The deadline for submitting tenders is 9am on 14 December 2020.
We are inviting applicants who meet the minimum tender requirements to submit a tender for a Criminal Defence Direct Contract (CDD Contract) to deliver CDD Services for three years from 1 June 2021 to 31 May 2024, subject to contractual provisions for extension and early termination.
The LAA is seeking to let two CCD Contracts of equal size to two separate organisations.
Organisations wishing to apply will need to submit a response to the:
- Selection Questionnaire
- CDD Invitation to Tender

Contract documentation is available on the Criminal Defence Direct Contract 2021 page. All tenders must be submitted using the e-Tendering system.
