The Criminal Justice and Courts Act circular is for the judiciary, criminal justice agencies and practitioners about the provisions in the Criminal Justice and Courts Act being commenced on or before Monday 13 April 2015.

The reporting restrictions applying to under-18s circular is for the judiciary, criminal justice agencies and practitioners on changes to court reporting restrictions applying to under-18s for commencement on 13 April 2015. The changes to legislation are set out in the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015 and the Youth Justice and Criminal Evidence Act 1999.
