- sufficient income to pay privately in the magistrates’ court (magistrates’ court hardship)
- sufficient income to pay privately in the Crown Court (Crown Court eligibility review)
- sufficient income to pay towards the costs of your legal aid in the Crown Court (Crown Court hardship)
