Details

The direct award franchise agreement between the Secretary of State for Transport and XC Trains Limited dated 28 September 2016.

This single tender direct award to XC Trains Limited was announced by the Transport Minister on 29 September 2016.

This agreement replaces the previous Cross Country 2007 franchise agreement that expired on 16 October 2016.
