Details

Three new customs arrangements between the UK and the Crown Dependencies (Guernsey, the Isle of Man and Jersey) were signed on 26 November 2018 in London. The text of the arrangements will be scheduled to three related draft Orders in Council and laid before the House of Commons in due course. The arrangements with Jersey and Guernsey, and the key aspects of the Isle of Man arrangement, will enter into effect upon an exchange of letters between the UK and each Crown Dependency.
