   Published new version for phase 1 of the Means Test Review.

2. 29 June 2023

   Published new version of the CW1. Changes have been made to accommodate existing non means tested areas of work and the new Housing Loss Prevention Advice Service (HLPAS) which commences on the 1 August 2023. Providers can continue to use the current version of the form but must use the new form from the 1 August 2023.

3. 29 September 2022

   Published updated version of the CW1 form to now reference His Majesty's Revenue and Customs.

4. 13 July 2022

   Published new version with updated privacy notice.

5. 24 November 2021

   Published new version with updated privacy notice.

6. 1 February 2021

   Corrected version of the CW1 form uploaded.

   The CW1 form has been updated
