Details

On 30 January 2013, the Department for Transport announced £42 million of investment in cycling which would comprise of 2 elements – an urban element and an element for rural areas covered by a national park.

The cycling in national parks grants guidance details the scope of the fund, the assessment criteria and the application process. The application form and pro forma templates are both required when submitting a bid for cycling in national parks grant funding.

The closing date for cycling in national parks grants is the 30 April 2013.
