Details

This temporary extension to the agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) allows drivers who hold GB ADR driver training certificates, which are due to expire between 27 September 2021 and 31 December 2021, to continue in the carriage of dangerous goods by road within Great Britain until 31 January 2022 under authorisation 990.

The authorisation takes effect immediately and shall remain in force until 31 January 2022 unless withdrawn or otherwise revoked.
