Details

A request was made for details of the number of road users who failed to pay the Dart Charge fee before the £105 penalty became due; the number of non UK road users who have since paid the penalty; the number operating on ‘trade plates’ where the camera had failed to read the correct registration number. In response, Highways England provided the information requested with the exception of the number of vehicles operating on ‘trade plates’.
