In this report experts from PA Consulting, ONS, IPA and the Blavatnik School of Government (University of Oxford) explore how public sector leaders can unlock the power of data to create a more prosperous and purposeful public sector.
The study is based on qualitative research and in-depth interviews with 29 experts from 20 organisations. The report:
- Analyses the potential for data-sharing to achieve the UK Government’s five missions
- Explores the data-sharing challenges the public sector faces
- Explores ten key areas of focus and offer practical recommendations
