Details

On 6 April 2023, the Home Office restarted data sharing with the financial sector to prevent people in the UK illegally from accessing banking services and to close accounts already held.

In line with the public sector equality duty, this equality impact assessment identifies potential impacts upon persons with protected characteristics as defined in equalities legislation.
