The Department for Business and Trade (DBT) issued a decision on 2 applications submitted under the business appointment rules for the period July to September 2023.

You should recuse yourself from HM government procurement exercises except: i. where the Ministry of Defence or any other relevant department specifically requests your participation in such an exercise in the interests of national security ii. for the implementation of matters where a procurement award was made prior your appointment to Ultra Cyber Limited; or iii. in relation to procurement exercises carried out on a non-competitive basis, where Ultra Cyber Limited is the sole supplier. 3. In dealings with UK government, you should identify yourself as a former civil servant. 4. You should not draw on privileged information available to you from your time in Crown service. |
