Details

This form should be used to claim back costs for:

• dismissed defendants in the magistrates court if costs over £2000
• successful Crown Court appeals against magistrates’ conviction or sentence
• acquitted defendants on Crown Court indictment who were refused legal aid on financial grounds on or after 27 January 2014
• the DCO2 extended version should only be used if extra lines for data entry are required to submit your claim
