Summary
Dear IP is updated quarterly and issued by the Insolvency Service to insolvency practitioners and other interested stakeholders
Dear IP contains technical updates and revisions to legislation together with updates from policy and other departments within the Insolvency Service. Dear IP also contains guidance to insolvency practitioners.
