Details

The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

  • issue a warning
  • accept surrender of the operator licence held by Debbie Linda Carpenter and Lee Royston Carpenter
  • vary the operator licence held by DLC Haulage (Kent) Ltd so that authorised vehicles shall not exceed 32 tonnes
  • vary the operator licence held by JRC Haulage Ltd so that authorised vehicles shall not exceed 32 tonnes

The decision was made on 23 March 2018.
