The Ninth Statement of New Regulation (SNR9) covers regulations coming into force between 1 January 2015 and 30 June 2015.The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) published SNR9 on 30 December 2014. DECC is publishing this document to give more details of the One In Two Out (OITO), EU and Red Tape Challenge measures the Department intends to introduce in the first half of 2015.
