The Sixth Statement of New Regulation (SNR 6) covers regulations coming into force between 1 July 2013 and 31 December 2013. The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) published SNR 6 on 08 July 2013. DECC is publishing this document to give more details of the One In Two Out (OITO) and Red Tape Challenge measures the Department intends to introduce in the second half of 2013.
