Use this form when you need to remove a deceased owner’s name from the register and there is still a surviving owner. You will need the title number of a property: find the title number using our service.

  1. We have added to the explanatory information to make it clearer that this form is only to be used where there are surviving registered proprietor(s).

  2. We have amended panel 4C to add the option for a conveyancer to include the date of birth of the deceased.

  3. We added a guidance note about our personal information charter, which explains how we process customer data.

  4. The form has been amended to make its completion simpler for members of the public.

  5. The form has been amended to make it easier for a member of the public to complete.

  6. We have added a side note to panel 6 as a result of a change in our procedures. From 11 January 2016 we will change how we send warning of cancellation letters and what they contain.
