Decisions made in respect of 24/7 Elaine’s Minitravel Ltd PG2008505

Pursuant to adverse findings under sections 14ZA(2), 17(1)(a), 17(3)(a), (aa), (c) and (e) of the Act, operator licence PG2008505 is revoked with effect from 23:45 hours on 23 March 2024.

24/7 Elaine’s Minitravel Ltd, Michael Jones and Elaine Jones are disqualified from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence and from being involved in the management, administration or control of any entity that holds or obtains a licence in Great Britain for THREE years with effect from 23:45 hours on 23 March 2024.

Application to vary the operator licence by increasing the authorisation of vehicles from 2 to 6, removing the named operating centre and adding a new operating centre is refused.

Decisions made in respect of transport manager Slawomir Miroslaw Nowak

Transport Manager Slawomir Nowak no longer satisfies the requirements of section 14ZA(3) of the Act to be of good repute in accordance with Schedule 3 to the Act.

Pursuant to paragraph 7B(2) of Schedule 3 to the Act, Slawomir Nowak is disqualified from acting as a transport manager on an operator’s licence for ONE year with effect from 23:45 hours on 23 March 2024.
