The standard national goods vehicle operator’s licence OF1137046 held by Bud Rescue & Recovery Ltd is suspended for 21 days with effect from 0001 hours on 1 June 2024 until 0001 hours on 22 June 2024. The suspension is pursuant to Section 26(1)(f) and (h) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 (“the 1995 Act”).
James Winslow has lost his good repute as a transport manager, pursuant to Schedule 3 paragraph 1 of the 1995 Act. Under paragraph 16(2) of that Schedule he is disqualified for 12 months, until 9 May 2025, from acting as a transport manager on any operator’s licence.
The good repute of transport manager Alexandra Anghilache is retained.
