Transport Manager Gary Camps no longer satisfies the requirements of paragraph 14A of Schedule 3 to the Act to be of good repute.
Pursuant to paragraphs 16(2) and 17(1A) of Schedule 3 to the Act, Gary Camps is disqualified with effect from 23:45 hours on 1 November 2022 for the period of one year from acting as a Transport Manager on an operator’s licence.
